We do not guarantee credit score increases, deletions, approvals, or specific results. Outcomes depend on credit bureaus, creditors, and individual credit profiles.

No Legal or Financial Advice

Our services are educational and administrative only and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. We do not represent clients in court or provide legal services.

Clients remain responsible for all actions taken with credit bureaus and creditors. CreditYulissa provides education, guidance, and administrative support only.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Review all documents before submission

  • Understand that results are not guaranteed

Client Responsibilities – SMARTCREDIT

If you choose to enroll in SmartCredit or any credit monitoring service provided through CreditYulissa, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for creating and maintaining your SmartCredit account, including login credentials

  • You are responsible for all SmartCredit subscription fees, which are billed separately by SmartCredit

  • CreditYulissa does not control SmartCredit’s billing, reporting, alerts, or data accuracy

  • You agree to review your credit reports regularly and promptly notify CreditYulissa of any changes or inaccuracies

  • You understand that access to current credit reports helps facilitate accurate reviews; however, SmartCredit enrollment is optional and not required to exercise your consumer rights.

  • You authorize CreditYulissa to review your SmartCredit reports solely for the purpose of providing credit education and dispute assistance

  • SmartCredit is a third-party service with a subscription fee of $29.95 per month, billed separately by SmartCredit and cancellable directly through their platform.

CreditYulissa is not responsible for:

  • Errors, omissions, or delays in SmartCredit reporting

  • Credit score fluctuations

  • Technical issues, outages, or third-party system errors related to SmartCredit

SmartCredit is a third-party service, and your use of SmartCredit is subject to SmartCredit’s own terms and privacy policy.

Client Responsibilities & Third-Party Software

CreditYulissa may use third-party software tools to organize client information and provide administrative support securely. These tools do not make credit decisions, interact with credit bureaus, or control reporting outcomes.

CreditYulissa does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party software.

Electronic Communications & Records Consent

By using this website and enrolling in services, you consent to receive electronic communications, including disclosures, agreements, notices, and reports, via email, SMS, or online portals, including Credit Repair Cloud.

You agree that electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing.

Payments

  • Fees are billed monthly or one-time based on the selected plan

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time. Cancellation stops future billing only. Fees charged for services already performed are not refundable, except as required by law.

CROA Disclosure (Federal Law)

You acknowledge your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679), including the right to cancel services within three (3) business days of enrollment without penalty or obligation.

FCRA Consumer Rights Disclosure

You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on your credit reports directly with credit bureaus at no cost under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). CreditYulissa’s services are optional and do not replace this right.

Limitation of Liability

CreditYulissa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to credit outcomes or third-party reporting.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Three (3)-Day Right to Cancel (CROA Compliance)

You may cancel services within three (3) business days of enrollment without penalty or obligation.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

After three (3) Business Days

  • All fees are non-refundable once services begin

  • Setup fees are non-refundable

  • Monthly fees cover work already performed

No Guarantees

Because credit reporting outcomes depend on third-party responses, refunds are not issued based on outcomes, timelines, or expectations.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued due to delays, errors, or technical issues related to third-party software, credit monitoring services, or credit bureau systems.
